Led by Justin Pettit, an industry product leader, storyteller, and design thinker transforming the e-commerce and retail landscape for the past 15 years. At adidas, Justin honed his skills in identifying winning opportunities across brand, technology, and product, establishing himself as a trusted authority and problem solver on some of the brand’s biggest projects. His track record includes delivering exceptional online shopping experiences for top creators such as Kanye West (Yeezy), Beyoncé (Ivy Park), and Pharrell (Human Made) ensuring successful product launches and collections that resonate with consumers worldwide.

Through data-driven strategies and innovative solutions, we enhance the global customer experience and deliver measurable business impact across diverse markets.

  • As the lead creative designer for Reebok.ca, I specialize in crafting compelling ecommerce digital content assets that enhance the online shopping experience. I manage and design targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging resonates with our diverse customer base. By building comprehensive seasonal marketing calendars aligned with peak shopping periods, I help drive engagement and optimize promotional efforts. Serving as the go-to creative resource, I oversee all onsite digital content creation for Reebok, delivering consistent, impactful visuals that strengthen brand presence and support business objectives.

  • As the lead creative designer for TaylorMade Golf Canada’s ecommerce platform, I specialize in developing engaging digital content that elevates the online shopping experience for golf enthusiasts across the country. I manage and design targeted email marketing campaigns that connect with our diverse Canadian audience, ensuring messaging reflects the passion and precision synonymous with the TaylorMade brand. By creating detailed seasonal marketing calendars aligned with key golf seasons and sales periods, I drive customer engagement and maximize the impact of promotions. As the primary creative resource, I oversee all onsite digital content production, delivering cohesive and compelling visuals that enhance brand visibility and support TaylorMade Golf Canada's ecommerce growth objectives.

  • With the majority of site visits landing directly on the PDP, our goal was simple: retain guests and make it easier for them to discover the right product. Together with the team, we launched a stable MVP that delivered measurable impact for the North American eCom business:
